Half Term provided an opportunity for GEARS+ Ltd to work with over thirty young people from the locality and beyond.

In true half term tradition it was about having fun and the activities ranged from pumpkin carving to welding, scalextric and cycle riding.

Staff worked in partnership with Young Volunteers and the Youth Service as well as delivering their own sessions. Activities were either at the Orchard Street base or on outreach and this provided an opportunity for young people to experience first hand what is on offer and leave having had a positive experience and wanting to come back for more.
